Job Summary

TENTEN PARTNERS PTE. LTD is looking for a seasoned Salesforce Architect and Integrator to spearhead the design and implementation of CRM solutions and Contact Centre technologies.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement Salesforce CRM solutions, focusing on Marketing Cloud and Leads Management (a plus).
  2. Promote Genesys omnichannel integration to facilitate smooth communication across various channels.
  3. Utilize data and AI to enhance customer experiences and streamline operations.
  4. Collaborate with diverse teams to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives.
  5. Guarantee seamless integration of Salesforce CRM with other enterprise systems and contact centre technologies.
  6. Assume the role of technical lead for solution design, implementation, and optimization across multiple platforms.

Essential Requirements

  • 8-15 years of experience as a Solution Architect, specializing in Salesforce CRM and Contact Centre technologies.
  • Thorough knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including Marketing Cloud and Leads Management (a plus).
  • Familiarity with Genesys omnichannel integration and Contact Centre technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage data and AI to boost customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Expertise in solution design, systems architecture, and integration of CRM and Contact Centre solutions.
  • Capacity to work effectively with both business and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Certifications in Salesforce, Genesys, or related architecture methodologies are a plus.
  • Previous experience in Financial Services or MNC environments is desirable.
