Key Responsibilities

This role involves performing various duties to ensure the smooth operation of our systems and networks.

You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, monitoring network performance, and providing advice on IT solutions.

  • Key Duties:
  • Performing machine setup, troubleshooting & analysis for Company's Products at client's premises.
  • Troubleshooting issues and outages
  • Monitoring network performance (availability, latency etc.) and testing for weaknesses
  • Providing advice on the most suitable IT solution
  • Troubleshooting, fixing of network and software issues.
  • Diagnosing, troubleshooting & solving technical issues when they arise.
  • Preparing and reviewing all Service Level and Operation Metrics and KPI scorecards for service delivery.
  • Managing installations, upgrades and configurations of hardware and software.
  • Assessing system performance and recommending improvements.
  • Drafting job scopes related Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Performing other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior.
