Job Overview

  • Develop and implement integrated high-density township property development strategies, guidelines, plans, and operations.
  • Manage overall development planning, coordination, and control of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely deliverables at the intended value.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage launches planning to ensure timely deliverables at the intended value.
  • Lead internal teams of professionals including external project consultants in matters related to project planning, design, and management.
  • Plan and manage timelines, efficiency, and other requirements to achieve the company's strategic objectives.

Key Qualifications

  1. A degree in Housing, Building & Planning, Town Planning, Architecture, or a related discipline is essential.
  2. Certification by a relevant professional body is advantageous.
  3. At least 15 years of experience, with a minimum of 8 years in leading development planning departments (township), is required.
  4. Strong knowledge and experience in development approval processes from KM layout to CCC, encompassing management of consultants, liaison with relevant authorities, project feasibility, timeline, and costs.
  5. Familiarity with government regulations and laws related to property development requirements in Malaysia is highly preferred.
  6. Excellent stakeholder management skills and strong people management experience with good leadership qualities.
  7. Fluency in English, Bahasa, and other local languages is necessary.
