As a mid-senior level professional, you will play a crucial role in driving and leading the development and implementation of frameworks, policies, and procedures/guidelines in relation to the management of climate risks as required by BNM and other related agencies.

You will be responsible for coordinating the integration of climate risk into core financing and governance processes such as Material Risk Identification and Assessment, Risk Appetite, Capital management, and Integrated Stress Testing.

You will also develop risk review and challenge first-line deliverables such as integration of climate risk factors into Credit Assessment, Strategic Plan, and Recovery Plan.

This role requires close collaboration with Credit Risk Portfolio and other relevant teams to drive climate risk policy adoption effectively.

Additionally, you will work with relevant stakeholders to implement/enhance climate scenario analysis and stress testing.

You will document the outcome of these processes and prepare relevant content for presentation to the Management and Board.

Lastly, you will provide input for climate risk and ESG disclosures.

Preferred qualifications include knowledge in Credit Risk Management and experience in crafting and refining policies.

This full-time position reports directly to the Group Human Capital Management.
