The Opportunity

We invite applicants for the position of Global Technical Support Expert at Ørsted A/S. As a key team member, you will deliver exceptional technical support to users globally, cooperating with colleagues based in Malaysia, Denmark, and the US.

Main Duties

  1. Dispatch tickets and offer phone and chat assistance for IT Infrastructure and applications in English.
  2. Address first and second-level incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication.
  3. Support users in leveraging our IT systems efficiently, promoting a satisfying user experience.
  4. Accurately document interactions, convey solutions clearly, and complete tasks in a timely manner.
  5. Continuously monitor critical applications to prevent downtime and maintain adherence to SLAs.

Vital Qualifications

  • You hold a strong technical background in IT, such as IT supporter, Service Desk Analyst, or equivalent experience in a large international corporation.
  • You possess substantial expertise in Windows 10, MS AD, MFA, Azure, and Office 365.
  • You demonstrate excellent collaboration skills, customer-centric approach, and flexibility in a fast-paced, global work environment.
  • Prior experience in Citrix/VPN, ServiceNow, and ITIL processes is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is an asset but not mandatory.
