About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FICO Consultant to join our team at Time's Group. As a SAP FICO Consultant, you will be responsible for interacting with business users at all levels of the organization, conducting gap analysis between the AS-IS and TO-BE business process, and designing and documenting TO-BE business process aligned to standard SAP application functionality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Process Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of the current business process to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for process enhancements.
  • SAP FICO Configuration: Design and configure SAP FICO to meet the business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with other modules like SAP SD, MM, and BW functions.
  • Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to define and document business requirements, ensuring that the SAP FICO system meets the needs of the organization.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Prepare test scenarios and scripts to ensure that the SAP FICO system is thoroughly tested and meets the required quality standards.
  • Incident Management: Provide support and guidance to the support team on SAP-related issues, ensuring that incidents are resolved promptly and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or Master's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 3-5 years of SAP working experience, with exposure to SAP FICO.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of SAP FICO, integration with SD and Purchasing concepts and process flows, and ability to analyze, design, and configure SAP FICO.
  • Communication: Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, and outstanding interpersonal communication skills.
