Job Overview

The Personal Banker role involves soliciting leads through referrals and cold calls to achieve sales targets. You will actively cross-sell banking/financial products, assess/evaluate credit applications, build rapport with chosen customers, and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solicit leads via referrals and cold calls for sales via marketing visits, telemarketing, launches, road shows, and other sales activities to achieve sales targets.
  • Actively cross-sell Banking/Financial products.
  • Assess/evaluate and propose credit applications diligently.
  • Build rapport and relationships with chosen customers to establish loyalty and repeated sales.
  • Provide excellent customer service and uphold professionalism to reflect the Bank's image.
  • Seek continuous improvement in product knowledge, selling skills, market intelligence, competitor check, and compliance.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you must be a Malaysian citizen with at least a Diploma in any field. Preferred skills include PCE (General), PCE (Life), PCE (Unit Linked), and CEILLI. Experience in Banking, Insurance, or Sales-related fields is preferred, but fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
