About the Role:

  • Develop and implement quality control systems to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain written Standard Operating Procedures and related procedures to ensure effective implementation.
  • Support new product qualification processes and develop first article inspection reports.
  • Analyze quality performance data using statistical tools to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with operations and manufacturing teams to develop and implement controls and improvements.
  • Set up and maintain filing and archives systems for project-related deliverables.
  • Handle and verify non-conforming products and lead the MRB for disposition.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, or equivalent.
  • 5-8 years of experience in a related field (quality engineering preferred).
  • Proven ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels inside and outside the organization.
  • Experience in quality tools (FMEA, 8D, SPC, MSA), quality management systems (ISO), and basic GR&R knowledge.
  • Ability to use measurement tools (CMM, Profile Projector, etc.) and perform internal audits.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, etc.).
