Role Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Site Coordinator to join our team in Schindler Malaysia. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and commissioning of lifts and escalators.

Key Accountabilities
  • Review project quality reports and measurement data to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Manage site teams, subcontractors, and resources to minimize wastages and optimize productivity.
  • Support the Project Manager on site activities, including coordination with clients, management, consultants, third-party suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Attend required meetings and contribute to the development of effective solutions.
TREX/FF+ Implementation
  • Ensure full compliance with TREX/FF+ Process Implementations, including maintaining all documents in the prescribed form for audit purposes.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Degree in Engineering-related field.
  • Working experience of 3 years in lift and escalator industry or Construction industry.
  • Alternatively, candidates with more than 5 years project management experience can be considered.
