Key Responsibilities
  • To handle casual leasing of promotional spaces in the Shopping Centre according to yearly objectives.
  • To plan and execute community-driven events & campaigns in line with the marketing strategies and positioning.
  • Supervise the set-up of events, roadshows, fairs, and activities; coordinate with internal departments and external service providers, exhibitors, and contractors.

To be successful in this role, you will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to liaise with and present to various channels across the business, as well as experience in sales and negotiation.

You will also be responsible for developing relationships with tenants and advertisers to secure sponsorship according to yearly targets.

In addition, you will identify potential space to be converted into advertising opportunities and stay up-to-date with current advertising technology and solutions in the market.
