Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement effective cash handling procedures to ensure security.

  3. Oversee online orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  4. Liaise with the Merchandise Pick-Up team to ensure smooth operations.
  5. Create value-added services for customers through Add-On sales orders.
  6. Ensure accurate labeling and packaging of articles for delivery.
  7. Work with the Transport Service Provider to optimize logistics and minimize delays.
  8. Provide exceptional customer service and support to offline orders and other requests.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in retail or hospitality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and work under pressure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
