To succeed as an Assistant Store Manager, you will need:
- Proven Results Focus: Demonstrate a strong sales focus and track record of achieving sales and KPI targets.
- Leadership Skills: Showcase your ability to lead, coach, and develop your team members to achieve their best performance.
- Excellent Communication: Possess excellent communication skills, ideally with a good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Previous Retail Experience: Bring previous retail management or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Multi-Tasking Ability: Show your capacity to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Friendly Attitude: Maintain a positive attitude, lead by example, and provide excellent customer service with a smile.
