Job Description

We are seeking a talented Branch Manager to join our team at Different Technologies Pty Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve strong sales results for your branch.

Your Responsibilities

  • Optimize team sales performance by analyzing sales data and implementing strategies to maximize sales productivity.
  • Lead your team to provide customers with a high standard of buying experience, ensuring strong sales results for your branch.
  • Recognize the skills and goals of each team member and work with them to build a development plan that aligns with company objectives.
  • Analyze sales performance regularly to identify areas of improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Solve problems promptly and ensure customers receive the best possible experience.

Your Qualifications

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in managerial roles; prior experience in supervising direct reports/subordinates is a must.
  • Experience in sales and customer service background; automotive industry experience is highly valued.
  • Able to establish action plans and lead a team to implement them effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their best.
  • Flexible to cover store opening hours, including holidays and weekends.
  • Competitive salary package with attractive incentive commission.
