Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Experience Delivery Manager to join Castlery's dynamic operations team. We are looking for a leader who can drive team performance, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

They will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high service standards, and contributing to the scaling of our operations as we expand.
