Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing technical support to customers through on-site and online channels.
  • Escalating unresolved issues and monitoring their completion.
  • Delivering training to customers tailored to their learning needs.
  • Offering application-related support for new installation projects and existing customers.
  • Configuring instruments and related reagents, performing Method Verification, optimization, and workflow studies.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in Biochemistry, Biomedical Science, or a relevant life science subject.
  • At least 3 years of experience as an Application Specialist or in a clinical laboratory.
  • Familiarity with method verification studies is a plus.

This position demands strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently as part of a team. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu is essential. IT knowledge or experience is preferred, as well as knowledge of Quality Control. Based in Johor Bahru, you may be required to relocate according to business needs. A flexible approach to working hours and traveling is necessary.
