  • Sales Performance Monitoring: Regularly review sales performance metrics and generate reports for management review to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster close relationships with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales processes, resolve issues promptly, and maintain open communication channels.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, stay informed about industry developments, and remain competitive.
  • Administrative Tasks: Prepare and manage sales documents, inventory tracking, and filing, adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:
  • Professional Qualifications: Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Linguistic Skills: Proficient in Mandarin and English, with preference given to bilingual candidates.
  • Work Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar administrative role, with a strong track record of success.
  • Personal Attributes: Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies is highly desirable, but not essential.
