Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Financial Operations Coordinator at Worldwide Holdings Berhad. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist project accountants in managing financial activities for WHB subsidiaries under the Property sector, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions.
  • Record and process daily financial transactions, including payments, supplier invoices, and other accounting entries, using accounting software to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Prepare and reconcile bank statements to maintain the integrity of financial records and prevent any discrepancies.
  • Maintain and organize financial documents, including filing and record-keeping, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and enter journal entries into the accounting system, accurately reflecting all financial transactions and adjustments.
  • Perform ad-hoc financial and administrative tasks as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Experience in data entry and bookkeeping is an advantage
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • High level of integrity, initiative, and commitment to meeting deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and accounting software
