Store Ambassador

We are seeking a Store Ambassador to join our team at SNS Network (M) Sdn Bhd 512056-k. The ideal candidate will have a minimum SPM/O level or equivalent qualification and be fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

As a Store Ambassador, you will be responsible for creating an engaging store environment, providing excellent customer service and support, meeting and exceeding sales targets, maintaining a high standard of store visual merchandising, performing daily operations tasks, and complying with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and assess their needs.
• Explain product features and provide recommendations.
• Maintain a high standard of store visual merchandising.
• Achieve sales targets and ensure accurate stock levels.
• Perform daily operations tasks.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Minimum SPM/O level or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Aggressive sales approach and customer service-focused attitude.
• Friendly, self-motivated, confident, and sales-driven personality.
• Ability to keep up-to-date with Information Technology products information.
