This position will report to the finance lead and collaborate with the operation team to complete client and company reports, as well as the month-end closing process, ensuring accuracy and compliance of all transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare monthly financial reports for client review meetings.
  • Support the operation team for annual client budgets.
  • Year-end cost reconciliation.
  • Baseline track report.
  • Saving and gain share track report.
  • Change control request report.
  • Management fee reconciliation.
  • Support finance lead in completing the company forecast and annual budget.
  • Support finance lead in preparing the monthly P&L report for respective clusters and review with account managers and regional teams.
  • Monthly revenue recognition process.
  • Prepare revenue recognition reports and review with managers and submit journals for posting.
  • Prepare flash reports and update before journal posting cut-off dates.
  • iScala project master file (PMF) maintenance. Ensure system mapping and interface work well.
  • Monthly report updates to the PMF.
  • Submit requests for new or changed PMF.
  • Communicate and address any issues with SSC.
About You

We are seeking an experienced finance professional with a strong background in financial reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in finance/accounting with a minimum of 2-3 years of accounting experience.
  • Sound technical expertise in internal management reporting, variance analysis, and month-end accounting.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for managing various stakeholders across Asia Pacific.
  • Strong Excel skills and experience in a variety of accounting software.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Ability to impact and influence colleagues and clients.
  • Demonstrable ability to work with and influence finance and non-finance colleagues.
  • Ability to remain focused in a rapidly changing environment when stakeholders have competing goals.
  • Ability to multitask and work to key deadlines.
  • Good Excel data manipulation skills and working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint.
  • Good working knowledge of Coupa and iScala is advantageous.
  • Experience of working in a matrix reporting structure and influencing culture.
  • Demonstration of actively driving process improvement and implementing changes.
