We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Pastry Artisan to join our team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain high-quality bakery products, adhering to company standards.
- Collaborate with the product development team to introduce new and seasonal products.
- Lead a team of bakers and kitchen staff, providing training and mentorship.
- Ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a bakery or pastry arts role.
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of baking techniques and ingredient functionality.
