About the Position

The successful candidate will have a passion for data analytics and reporting, with experience in BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau. Strong communication skills, especially in Traditional Chinese and English, are essential for conveying insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Implement Reporting Solutions: Work with internal stakeholders to design and develop new reports and implement change requests for both Taiwan and Hong Kong markets.
  2. Analyze and Interpret Data: Use BI tools to create interactive dashboards and visualizations, leveraging your knowledge of statistical analysis and data interpretation.
  3. Optimize Processes and Document Quality Measures: Maintain thorough documentation of reporting processes and quality control measures to ensure transparency and efficiency.
