  3. Industrial Experience: Experience in technical management of industrial factory building projects is highly desirable.
  4. Technical Skills: Proficiency in industrial designing and construction, familiarity with Malaysian technical standards, and EPC project operation modes.
  5. Cleanroom Experience: Experience in cleanroom projects, familiarity with control points in architecture, structure, HVAC, M&E, and cleanroom decoration.
  6. Design and Procurement: Familiarity with design, procurement, execution, and manufacturing management processes.
  7. Technical Research: Capabilities in systematic designing and technical research to guide product, technique, and process innovation.
  8. Systematic Mindset: A systematic mindset, strong communication skills, critical thinking, and ability to analyze and solve problems independently.
  9. Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Malay, with fluency in Chinese being a plus.
