Civil Litigation Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced civil litigation associate to join our team. As a civil litigation associate, you will be responsible for conducting research and analysis on complex legal matters, drafting cause papers, and preparing cases for trial.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience in litigation and possess excellent academic records. Strong communication skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to work independently are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conducting research and analysis on complex legal matters.
  2. Drafting cause papers and preparing cases for trial.
  3. Meeting with clients and providing guidance on their legal matters.
  4. Taking care of a portfolio of files from commencement to completion.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  1. Juris Doctor degree or equivalent.
  2. Minimum of two years' experience in litigation.
  3. Excellent academic record.
  4. Strong computer skills.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
