We seek a skilled Procurement Specialist to optimize our procurement processes, driving cost savings and efficiency improvements.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Pricing Analysis: Conduct thorough pricing analysis, identifying opportunities for cost savings through negotiations, volume discounts, or alternative sourcing strategies.
  2. Policy Compliance: Ensure adherence to organizational policies and ethical standards in all procurement activities.
  3. Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement, implement best practices, and participate in cross-functional teams to enhance procurement efficiency.
  4. Procurement Execution: Oversee procurement execution and delivery monitoring, ensuring strong teamwork and staff efficiency.
  5. Vendor Evaluation: Monitor vendors' performance by performing periodic vendor evaluation, propose alternative procurement sources to minimize stock times and inventory levels.
  6. Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to understand and support their procurement needs.
Requirements:
  1. Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance & Accounting, or any related discipline.
  2. At least 5 years of related experience in Procurement Functions and in a supervisory role or its equivalent.
  3. Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  4. Possess a high degree of integrity and display maturity when dealing with suppliers.
  5. Excellent leadership qualities with strong drive for achievement, strong organizational ability, and effective management skills.
  6. Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact comfortably with all levels of people.
