- Sales and Marketing Execution: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing strategies.
- Budget Management: Assist in developing and managing financial plans to achieve sales and marketing goals.
- Resource Optimization: Ensure cost-effective use of resources for maximum return on investment.
- Sales Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance metrics and report findings to management.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and threats in the market.
- Strategic Adjustments: Analyze customer feedback and sales data to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
- Promotional Materials: Coordinate with the Goodnite Marketing Team for advertising and promotional materials.
- Sales Training: Design and deliver training programs for sales assistants to enhance their selling skills.
- Coaching and Support: Provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure consistent performance across outlets.
- Sales Strategies: Formulate comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Tailored Approaches: Collaborate with sales assistants to tailor approaches based on local market needs.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, or Interior Design).
- Experience: Proven experience as a Sales & Marketing Executive in the cabinetry industry.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of cabinetry materials and industry trends.
- Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Skills: Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Travel: Ability to travel as required.
