Job Opportunity

  • We are seeking a Business Financial Assistant to join our team.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring cash flow and maintaining cash controls.
  • This includes ensuring all transactions are processed and properly recorded.
  • The role also involves preparing and reconciling bank statements, processing and recording monthly invoices, and making monthly payments.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision, the successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining proper accounting records and filing.
  • Additional duties include processing monthly payroll and preparing EPF/SOCSO/PCB submissions, as well as managing office maintenance, servicing, and supplies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Candidates should have experience in general account, finance, and relevant areas.
  • Knowledge of GST is preferred.

  • Initiative, drive, and enthusiasm are essential for this role.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills are necessary.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible, efficient, and structured with attention to detail.
  • Able to work well under pressure, candidates should be proficient with Microsoft Office and Google office suite, especially Excel and Sheets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to enable effective cross-functional team work are required.
  • A Diploma or Degree in Accounting and/or Finance is preferred.
