Focusing on technological innovation, we own a well-equipped R&D center, a quality control center, specialized workshops, a multifunctional workshop, a pilot workshop, and a water treatment center. With these robust supports, we have developed and commercialized a range of fine and specialty chemicals to our customer requirements. Our diverse business portfolio includes cosmetic active ingredients, personal care ingredients, synthetic perfume, and formula applications. In line with our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Accounting Professional to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Process and manage incoming invoices and payments. Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers to ensure accuracy.
  2. Follow up on overdue invoices and coordinate with clients to resolve payment issues.
  3. Process and manage outgoing invoices and payments. Verify and reconcile invoices with purchase orders and delivery receipts. Ensure timely payment of vendor invoices and maintain positive vendor relationships.
  4. Prepare and assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Maintain accurate financial records and documentation. Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting.
  5. Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Maintain organized and accurate financial records and documentation. Assist with internal and external audits as required.
  6. Address inquiries and resolve issues related to accounts receivable and payable. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to resolve financial discrepancies.
  7. Identify opportunities for improving accounting processes and efficiency. Implement best practices and recommend enhancements to existing procedures.

Requirements:

  • Degree and above in Accounting, Finance with at least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position preferably with manufacturing industry.
  • Able to handle full set accounts, with advanced bookkeeping, accounting, product costing and tax knowledge.
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Malay (Mandarin Speaker is preferred).
