Job Summary
As an Assistant Manager - Human Resources & Administration, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR department and contributing to the success of Paradigm Mall JB. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join our team and take on new challenges.

Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing guidance, support, and solutions to HR-related issues while ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment history, performance evaluations, and training records
• Assisting in recruitment and selection by participating in interviews, reviewing resumes, and assessing candidates for skills, qualifications, and cultural fit

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, with a minimum 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as proficiency in using HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications.
