The Human Resource Officer will play a critical role in enhancing the employee experience at SIP Technology (M) Sdn Bhd.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to employees.
  • Responding to employee inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Coordinating and participating in employee engagement activities.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in human resources, business, or related field.
  • At least 2 – 3 years hands-on working experience in a Human Resources environment.
  • Strong communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Melayu. Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Good interpersonal skills, time management, strong work ethics, high initiative, and a responsible and hardworking attitude.
  • Aptitude for problem solving and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
