Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team in Vervea. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our branch office.
Your Key Responsibilities Include:
- First point of contact for all incoming inquiries at our branch office.
- Coordination of tasks arising in the branch office.
- Responsibility for payments and online banking activities based on all incoming invoices.
- Time and leave management for employees working in the branch office.
- Pre-check of travel cost reimbursements.
- Facility Management incl. care taking of government licenses applications (premises operating licenses).
- Support of the Logistics Clerk.
- General administrative work.
Requirements:
- Professional training in the administrative sector and experience in online banking.
- Good spoken and written English and Chinese language skills.
- Excellent hands-on skills with eye for details.
- Ability to work independently.
- Positive attitude and responsible character.
