Excellent communication and leadership skills are required to promote a safety and quality-conscious culture within our organization.

Responsibilities include:

  • Health, Safety, Environment (HSE)
    • Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
    • Conduct risk assessments and site inspections to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
    • Ensure workplace safety by promoting best practices, conducting safety drills, and implementing emergency response procedures.
    • Provide HSE training and awareness programs for employees, contractors, and stakeholders.

Additionally, the successful candidate will possess strong problem-solving abilities, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team in a multi-cultural, regional environment is also essential.
