We are an established Accounting and Company Secretarial firm dedicated to providing exceptional services to our clients. Our team is comprised of experienced professionals who are committed to delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities:

  • To assist in preparing and submitting statutory documents, annual returns, and other relevant documents in accordance with the Companies Act 2016.
  • To maintain and update secretarial records and registers.
  • To ensure all statutory documents and relevant materials are prepared and submitted on time.
  • To undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned by senior management.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Corporate Administration, Business Administration, or a Professional Qualification equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in a company secretarial firm.
  • Familiarity with the provisions of the Companies Act 2016 and SSM regulations.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, MYCOID, and MBRS system.
  • Good communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork spirit.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good working attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese (added advantage).
  • Willingness to work in Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang.
  • Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm.
