- To assist in preparing and submitting statutory documents, annual returns, and other relevant documents in accordance with the Companies Act 2016.
- To maintain and update secretarial records and registers.
- To ensure all statutory documents and relevant materials are prepared and submitted on time.
- To undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned by senior management.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Corporate Administration, Business Administration, or a Professional Qualification equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in a company secretarial firm.
- Familiarity with the provisions of the Companies Act 2016 and SSM regulations.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, MYCOID, and MBRS system.
- Good communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork spirit.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good working attitude and willingness to learn.
- Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese (added advantage).
- Willingness to work in Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang.
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm.
