Job Summary

The Administration Assistant role at Acmar Group involves providing administrative support to the Corporate Legal Head/Manager. This includes maintaining filing records, scheduling, handling inquiries, preparing correspondence letters, and performing tasks required by the Corporate Legal Head/Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Submission of Monthly Management Reports (MMR) to the Management on a monthly basis.
  • Maintenance of administrative affairs for the Corporate Legal Head/Manager, including secretarial functions.
  • Facilitation of smooth operations in the secretarial department through the maintenance of filing records, scheduling, handling inquiries, and preparing correspondence letters.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of SPM/Professional qualification.
  • Certificates/Diploma with at least 1 year of working experience in an office environment.
  • Proficiency in Bahasa and basic English language skills.
  • Good verbal and listening communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
