About this Role:

This position requires excellent people skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

As a Senior Account Executive, you'll be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication, precise coordination, and a proactive approach to meeting project goals.

You will work closely with internal teams, including sales and marketing, to develop presentations, marketing strategies, and media proposals that align with client goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining positive client relationships, acting as a reliable liaison who understands their business needs and objectives.
  • Developing presentations, marketing strategies, and media proposals that align with client goals.
  • Ensuring efficient communication between clients and internal departments, helping to streamline processes and ensure work is completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Presenting ideas and campaigns to clients, addressing any concerns, and helping maintain a smooth, productive workflow.
  • Managing project timelines, monitoring progress, and proactively adjusting plans as necessary to meet client expectations.

Requirements:

  • Possess 2-3 years of experience in a related role, preferably with an understanding of advertising or agency operations.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to align client and agency needs.
  • Motivated, resilient, and able to work well under pressure.
  • A collaborative team player with a drive to learn and grow.
  • Capable of strategic thinking, balancing client needs with overall agency objectives.
