Job Summary
The incumbent is responsible for ensuring compliance to policies and guidelines by PCA and regulatory bodies; supporting IT audits and reviews; reviewing, recommending, and implementing IT security controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Maintain Information Security Framework
- Review and develop information security framework, policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures.
- Review and identify gaps in existing controls with regulatory and internal requirements.
- IT Security and Compliance
- Review and address issues identified from penetration testing, technical reviews, and audit.
- Establish and implement processes and controls to maintain oversight on outsourced IT Security and Disaster Recovery functions.
- Security Controls for IT Projects
- Recommend and review the implementation of security controls for IT projects.
Requirements
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field.
- Experience
- Experience in implementing information security management systems, disaster recovery planning, and testing.
- Conduct IT risk assessments and reviews to identify security risks.
- Skills and Knowledge
- Knowledge of operating system, network, application, and database security.
- Relevant knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks by the relevant authorities' guidelines, and consistent with the directions of the top management and group.
