Job Role:
We are looking for a skilled Project Delivery Manager to join our team. Main Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Coordination:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the property development or construction industry.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale development projects from start to finish.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
