Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Group Financial Management Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in corporate accounting, financial reporting, and financial planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage corporate accounting and reporting functions to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
  • Lead the financial closing process for reporting entities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with Group corporate management to develop and implement financial strategies.
  • Oversee forecasting and budgeting for Group corporate entities, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and cost control.
  • Liaise with external auditors to ensure year-end finalization of reporting entities' statutory financial statements.
  • Support ad hoc projects, such as M&A, restructuring, and entity setup.
  • Take lead on Tax compliance, including Corporate income tax, GST, and withholding tax.
  • Liaise with tax authorities and agents to resolve tax queries and support Transfer pricing documentation.
  • Compile quarterly Effective Tax Rate (ETR) reports for the Group.
  • Support BEPS 2.0 GloBE calculations and compliance filings.
Requirements
  • An accounting or finance-related degree from a reputable university.
  • Certified CA/CPA qualified is an advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years of Group consolidation experience.
  • Prior experience with Big 4 accounting firms and MNCs operating within manufacturing or commodity trading sectors is preferred.
  • Must be a team player with excellent communication skills.
