Fullstack Java Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Fullstack Java Developer to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in system design, development, and deployment, along with a strong background in Java and web technologies. This role involves collaboration, project management, and technical expertise to drive our projects forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Development: Design, develop, test, deploy, and support programs/systems in alignment with agreed requirements.
  • Security and Quality: Ensure security and quality are integral to all processes.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
  • Communication: Prepare and deliver presentations to team members, management, and customers.
  • Project Management: Provide accurate timing and scheduling estimates to the Product Owner.
  • Corrective Actions: Propose corrective actions to timelines when necessary.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other squad members.
  • Mentorship: Offer guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong working relationships with solutions delivery peers and other IT delivery partners.
  • Customer Centricity: Demonstrate customer centricity by working closely with internal customers.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Min. 3 years of experience as Fullstack Java Developer.
  • Technical Skills: Extensive experience with Java 8/11/17 and related development frameworks (core and web Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, JPA, Junit, Tomcat, Eclipse/IntelliJ).
  • Web Technologies: Proficiency with web-service technologies such as XML, Ajax, JSON, RESTful web services, and SOAP WS.
  • CI/CD: Familiarity with continuous integration/delivery build environments, including GIT/Bitbucket, Jenkins/CloudBees, Maven, Coverage, and Static/Dynamic analysis.
  • Operating Systems: Experience with Linux operating systems.
  • Frontend Skills: Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular, AngularJS, jQuery, Bootstrap).
  • Data Management: Experience with data modeling and data migration.
  • Automation Tools: Experience with Ansible or other platform automation tools.
  • Virtualization and Containerization: Understanding of virtualization and containerization technologies (VMware, vSphere, Docker, OpenShift, Kubernetes).
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and teamwork abilities, and ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
  • Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach and strong relationship management skills.
