Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team at ZUS Coffee. As an Executive, Talent Acquisition you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for headquarter and retail operations both locally and globally.

About You
  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • You possess at least 1 year of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • You are proficient in computer software and have good command of written and spoken English and Malay.
Your Responsibilities
  • Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring timely and accurate updates to regular data reporting and trackers.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to specific roles and geographies, collaborating with retail operations to ensure seamless execution.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including hiring managers, agencies, and other departments, to fulfill talent needs.
  • Engage with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Support and manage recruitment marketing campaigns across various platforms, promoting the company's brand and attracting top talent.
