Talent Mapping Solution is seeking a highly skilled Procurement & Sourcing Manager for Asia, covering Southeast Asia, India, Australia, China, and Indonesia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing procurement and sourcing activities across Asia, ensuring cost savings and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage procurement hubs' performance and ensure compliance with company KPIs.
  • Oversee tenders, Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and supplier negotiations to secure favorable agreements.
  • Expedite orders to ensure on-time delivery and smooth business operations.
  • Provide procurement-related guidance to stakeholders and address sourcing issues.
  • Review and enhance procurement procedures for compliance and efficiency.
  • Manage contracts, ensuring timely execution, cost control, and quality standards.
  • Handle supplier relationships, monitor performance, and resolve issues as needed.
  • Oversee tender processes, ensuring alignment with corporate policies.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure confidentiality.
  • Support finance and legal teams with supplier setup and modifications.
  • Optimize cash flow by negotiating extended payment terms with suppliers.
  • Identify and develop local suppliers to reduce reliance on international sources.
  • Utilize ERP/MRP systems for procurement and supply chain management.

Requirements:

  • This is a full-time, in-office role with a 5-day work schedule.
  • Preferably 10+ years of industry experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in a similar role required.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement and sourcing practices, including academic and industry-standard methods.
  • Proven analytical skills with the ability to develop new methodologies, policies, guidelines, and KPIs.
  • Extensive experience in preparing tenders, proposals, quotations, and contract documentation.
  • Ability to adapt to unique stakeholder needs while ensuring compliance with policies and controls.
