Career Horizons seeks a skilled technical professional to join their e-commerce solutions team. As a software engineer for cloud applications, you will be responsible for providing level 3 support, contributing to off-hour support, performing bug fixing, and implementing change requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely resolution of tickets.
- Contribute to off-hour support on a weekly rotation.
- Perform bug fixing for existing cloud applications.
- Analyze and implement change requests raised by the BA team.
- Participate in penetration tests and perform necessary fixes.
- Conduct unit testing and system integration testing.
- Maintain and support project activities post-implementation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- At least three years of hands-on experience in Java EE platform and open-source technologies.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
- Excellent knowledge of relational databases.
- Familiarity with Grails Framework, Spring Framework, JSON, XML, REST, SOAP, web services, and MongoDB is an added advantage.
