About the Job

Persolkelly is seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to oversee construction projects from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including workforce allocation strategies and work environment setups.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous quality checks on construction drawings to ensure compliance with guidelines and specifications.
  • Progress Monitoring: Regularly monitor construction progress, making adjustments to work schedules as necessary to ensure timely project completion.
  • Site Operations: Assume full responsibility for overall site operations and management, serving as the contractor's representative.
  • Issue Resolution: Take ownership of construction execution, providing clear instructions in case of issues and promptly reporting to senior management.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Client Communication: Maintain open communication with clients, responding promptly to their needs and requests.
  • Complaint Handling: Address client complaints efficiently and effectively, providing improvement measures where necessary.
  • Post-Project Evaluation: Conduct post-project evaluations to assess client satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Safety Management: Prioritize worker safety, ensuring a safe work environment that complies with occupational health and safety standards.
  • Safety Initiatives: Develop and implement safety initiatives, including regular safety briefings and preventive measures to minimize accidents.
