The role of an Administrative Accountant at Ad Terra Consultancy involves a combination of core accounting responsibilities and administrative tasks to support efficient office operations.

This position entails handling bookkeeping, preparing financial reports, and overseeing office operations to ensure smooth daily functionality. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers
  2. Preparing and processing invoices, receipts, and payments
  3. Reconciling bank statements and ensuring accuracy of financial statements
  4. Maintaining cashflow management by tracking company's liquidity
  5. Assisting with budget preparation and financial reporting
  6. Assisting with payroll processing and related documentation
  7. Handling office administration duties like expenses and company paperwork
  8. Coordinating and organizing company's administrative paperwork and procedures
  9. Ensuring all financial and administrative documents are properly stored, maintained, and easily accessible
  10. Helping ensure the company's financial activities comply with accounting standards and regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  2. Proven experience in accounting and administrative roles between 1 – 3 years
  3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  7. Fluency in English is required
  8. Strong computer skills with the ability to use accounting software seamlessly.
