We are looking for a talented Accounting Professional to join our team at ACCA Careers.

About the Role:

  • Preparing and handling monthly management accounts to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Developing and maintaining monthly accounting schedules to enhance financial performance.
  • Processing of monthly payroll and statutory contributions to meet deadlines.
  • Monthly bank reconciliations to verify accuracy and completeness.
  • Updating and maintaining accounting records to comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaboration with auditor and tax agent on yearly accounts audit to achieve favorable outcomes.
  • Support for Senior with any ad hoc tasks as needed to contribute to team success.
  • Effective management of administrative duties to maintain office efficiency.

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum degree in accountancy and 1 year of experience in handling full set of accounts.
  • Ability to prepare monthly payroll and manage contribution submissions efficiently.
  • Familiarity with accounting software (SQL, Autocount, Bukku) will be highly advantageous.
  • Capacity to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Strong attention to detail and deadline management skills.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently.
