Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for processing and managing payroll activities within the organization.
About the Role:
- You will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.
- You will work closely with various stakeholders across the business to resolve payroll-related queries and issues.
- You will assist in the development and implementation of payroll policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurate monthly payroll processing and validation.
- Statutory and occupational sickness payments, maternity, paternity handling.
- Benefits expenses calculation and management.
- Cooperation with Social Security Institution.
- Answering all payroll questions and inquiries.
- Payroll-related Key Performance Indicators and reporting.
- Assisting local management and HR colleagues with payroll, pension, and insurance related administrative tasks.
- Reviewing and processing timesheets and work records.
- Leave records review and processing.
- Overtime, benefits, and bonus data upkeep.
- Payroll actuals reviewing.
- HR-related budget control assistance in countries within assigned scope.
- Audits related to payroll or payroll systems assistance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, management science, or equivalent relevant experience.
- 4+ year experience as Human Resources Generalist, People Operations, and Payroll or related experience.
- Functional knowledge in key HR competencies and processes including compensation, performance management, talent acquisition, payroll, benefits, hire-to-retire events, and learning & development.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, multi-tasking and time-management skills.
- Intermediate/business level in English.
- Experience with ServiceNow or other HR systems.
- Process transitions experience.
