  • Tender and Contract Documents: Prepare tender and contract documents in compliance with regulations.
  • Contractual Claims Guidance: Provide guidance on contractual claims to effectively manage project scope.
  • Cost Presentation: Present cost analysis reports to GM and management, ensuring clear and insightful data presentation.
  • Project Timeline Management: Ensure adherence to project timelines and promptly address issues to keep the project on schedule.
  • Cost Calculation Verification: Verify the accuracy of cost calculations through meticulous review and analysis.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrate problem-solving skills specific to Quantity Surveying tasks, effectively resolving challenges encountered during project execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying.
  • Minimum Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in main contractor/developer and residential construction.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and Glodon Software (TAS, TRB).
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
