Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with Accounting Expertise to join our team at KOLHUB®. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and payments. They will also prepare financial reports, reconciliations, and cash flow statements while ensuring compliance with financial regulations and tax requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and payments.
  • Prepare financial reports, reconciliations, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax requirements.
Administrative Duties

The ideal candidate will also perform administrative duties, including office administration, maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and handling claims/reimbursements. They will assist in onboarding new employees and ensure HR policies are followed.

Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience in accounting and administration.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, Xero).
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Familiarity with HR and office operations is a plus.
  • Good communication skills in English, Chinese, and Malay.
