About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Telecoms IoT Specialist to join our team and drive the adoption of IoT connectivity and mobile solutions with our ecosystem partners.

Main Responsibilities

  • To drive IoT connectivity solution strategy from industry/market perspective, identifying core proposition across Maxis portfolio of products and establishing partner commercial engagement framework.
  • Lead and drive e-2-e connectivity solutions along with internal stakeholders to deliver technical solutions to meet customer expectations based on typical customer requirements.
  • Work with IoT Solution partners and IoT Product team to gather requirements to enhance Maxis IoT connectivity offering on a continuous basis.
  • Ensure delivery of committed projects via end to end project management, including solution delivery based on B2B customer requirement or management of bid submissions.
  • Responsible for defining and overseeing the delivery of IoT self-care and UCE initiatives to assess success of our aspiration to offer 'superior customer support' via the voice of customer surveys.
