Qualifications & Experiences:

  • Software Engineering Experience: 5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Strong Background: Strong experience with Agile methodologies, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
  • Proven Ability: Proven ability to optimize development cycles, improve team productivity, and deliver high-quality software.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical background in system design, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and modern frameworks.
  • B2C Industry Experience: Experience working in B2C industries like F&B, Retail, SaaS, or Education is a plus.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
