Procurement Specialist

Talent Recruit is seeking a skilled Procurement Executive to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing materials, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring timely deliveries.

• Market Research and Sourcing: Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers, compare costs, and negotiate prices.
• Supplier Management: Evaluate supplier performance, ensure quality, delivery times, and pricing meet organizational standards.
• Inventory Management: Collaborate with inventory control to handle defective goods returns or replacements, and maintain stock levels.
• Continuous Improvement: Implement cost reduction activities and improve purchasing processes.
• Reporting and Administration: Prepare monthly costing data and reports, and handle daily procurement tasks and paperwork.

• Education: SPM and above, with a degree in procurement, logistics, or supply chain management preferred.
• Experience: More than 2 years of procurement-related experience, with a good understanding of procurement processes and supply chain management.
• Skills: Good communication skills, ability to work independently, and self-motivated.
